Application Method: 1 Weigh and take respectively the resin and new PE granules according to the established formulation proportion, then mix them evenly and feed them for film blowing production 2 Set the temperatures for the fusion range and mould head range of a blow molding machine according to the requirements, otherwise they will have effects on the quality of VCI film. 3 If it is necessary to produce colored VCI film, control the addition amount of the colored resin granules in the range of the established proportion and its PH value shall be neutral. 4 Seal again the original packaging in time after taking the resin granules to avoid its being affected with damp.
